Creative financing options
Seller Financing
This is where the seller holds the note and acts as the lender. This is usually for a short term until till is suits both parties and the buyer can purchase the home outright with a traditional mortgage. There is usually a balloon payment at the end to pay the remaining balance.
Lease option
The tenet will rent the property for three years or fewer with the option not the obligation to buy when the lease is up.
